I think there’s a lot of truth to that. The mid majors and lower are getting cherry picked by the SEC and ACC so while the rich get richer, Cinderella is on life support. Look how chalky March Madness was as an example.

Not trying to be doom and gloom, but my chief complaint of the season wouldn't be hitting. It would be the atrocious fielding we've seen this season. That has baffled me. Frustrated me. Had me cursing at my television.
