Nobody scored on Loy. Ump messed us up with Kuhns. I would probably DH Curly since he leads in errors. Love Tony, we should not become spoiled.

Honestly, probably in the minority here, but I’m excited to get the regular season over with. Whether we win or lose today, the post season is a different animal.
Yep. I still think this team gets to Omaha as crazy as it seems to some people.

I'd rather win. We should have no confidence in our ability to close out an opponent with a series win on the line.

Counting out a guy who’s been to Omaha 4 straight years? We’re out hitting Arkansas. Just errors and lack of bullpen.
You say that as if errors and bad bullpen pitching are anomalous with this team. That’s been the story of the last month and a half. It’s who they are at this point.

I just don't understand this late season meltdown and inability to win any series....How does a CTV coached team regress so quickly? He pushed all the right buttons for the past 5 years and this season there is no energy or toughness to win.
Lots of reasons. We have lots of freshmen playing. We lack the clubhouse leadership we've had in the past. We have shaking pitching. Fielding has been atrocious.

This will be a learning season. This year's freshmen will be better next year for it.

Playing really good teams. Lost a lot of good, experienced players.

Amick, Burke, CMO, Kirby, DD, the deepest pitching staff in the nation, geez, that was not only a talented team, they were experienced, strong men who had been around the league.

We have a different team. Let them grow.

It may end as a strong year. It may be a disappointing end. Time will tell. But we lost A LOT last year.

As hard as that is for a lot of people to understand, it is really that simple.
