If you hammer a ball that is a no-doubter - spike the bat on home plate - pause - unstrap shin/foot and elbow protector - and take your lap around the bases???
Apparently they changed it recently to automatic ejection if you throw the bat at the opposing dugout, but my thing is I don’t think the bat was intended to be thrown at the dugout and it only went like 2 feet in that direction, so if he got ejected for that it would have been stupid.
