Plus $1.6 million.UAB leaves this game feeling good about their team.
His dad is Jon Kitna, former NFL qb so he has the money for the lawyersDude I just read the story on AP. How the f*** is he not in prison. The fact that he's playing football is disgusting and I absolutely have lost all respect for UAB. Possession, distribution, but his lawyer got it plead down to misdemeanors. My bet is $$$. My wife has a remote family member who got prison time for far less when he was a minor.
Our backups definitely have a lot of work to do. But let’s give credit to UAB. They are better than we thought.
We won the game, let’s move on the Mississippi State, focus on beating them, then rest for our off week and finish the season strong.
Wow. Maybe the State saw some problems with the case. That’s usually why serious cases get pled down. But the school would hopefully look into it and not bring him on campus if it was true. A bad search warrant or other legal issue doesn’t change the facts.I just looked it up. He was charged but they were later dropped.
