The Official #15 Tennessee vs. UAB Game Thread, 12:45 ET, SEC Network

We’ve had some defensive breakdowns, some drops and mistimes on offense… and are still up 42-7 at halftime against an FBS opponent.

Puts things into perspective a bit.

Go Vols!

We wouldn’t be true Tennessee fans if we DIDN’T complain. It’s what we do 😂
I mean, I am not seeing any reason at all to complain. We are up 42-7 in a game they can't win. I'm just enjoying watching the Vols play football. Am I not a "true" Tennessee fan? So you gotta find the negative in everything to be a Vol fan?

Look, you can have that opinion. You can't say it's a fact.

"After guiding a Tennessee defense that ranked in the FBS top 10 in eight different categories, defensive coordinator Tim Banks was honored as a semifinalist for the Frank Broyles Award, which is presented annually to college football's top assistant coach."
Against the 2 good offenses we faced last year, he got destroyed.

The trolls love these threads. Looking for any reason to complain. That’s why the secondary is a common complaint. Every team is going to complete a pass at some point in the game, and they’re sitting here waiting for it so they can complain.

Let the other team gain 1 yard on a pass “ugh! This soft zone!”
He's a good dude. He quickly acknowledged his mistake.

DaddyChad often posts in reverse psychology mode. This wasn't that. He owned up to it
