He's been MUCH better than anyone expected ... woohoo ... but I have to believe that being 24 years old with 5+ years of experience has given him a calmness and perspective that the younger QB's just don't possess.

It definitely doesn't hurt, but it doesn't guarantee success in Heupel's offense either; see Joe Milton.
