They are tough and heads up smart. In the moment. And nobody is going to tell them no. And nobody sees it coming yet. I like it. I'm excited. The only question i have is are we deep enough to last? That's my only question.

Let me be clear, I actually respect some "negavols ", and they are justified in their criticism of the play calling and other things. It's the ones who never, ever show up on this board until we struggle, or lose. Then claim to be the biggest fan, but you're never here until the bad. The game thread last week was awful with the negative, up until we started winning. Then several disappeared. Michigan is losing right now, Iowa list. How do you say uga will kill us when they barely beat a high school last week? I'm just saying some guys are justified, and some I believe are nothing but trolls. Only show up when we struggle, then disappear? Smh.

Colorado plays in the Pac-12, and historically they are not a terrible football team. They also beat the pants off their first two OOC opponents hanging 56 on one, 44 on the other, and holding them to 7 a piece.

Michigan struggling against them is not even remotely like us struggling against App State, and Ohio. It's not even in the same universe. Your optimism is admirable, but trying to spin the Vols' performance in the first 3 games is bordering on insanity.

I'm not claiming or spinning nothing. I'm clearly and in English calling several people trolls. Never show up until it's bad. If we beat Florida there'll be people still bad mouthing our team.

I'll go on record right now, given the offensive play-calling, and game readiness we have exhibited against lesser opponents, that we will lose to Florida handily. This offensive scheme didn't work against App State, it barely worked against VT (barring turn overs or short field), and barely worked against Ohio.

I'll happily eat every crow in TN if Butch proves me wrong.

There really wasn't anything wrong woth our scheme today. We easily left 17 on the table and gave them 6 with dropped passes, penalties, missed throws, and taking sacks instead of throwing it away. Guys were open and the running game was working.

Bubble screens behind the line of scrimmage, QB sneaks on 3rd and 18. We have been running that garbage every year under Jones. You don't see a problem with that?
