We would’ve lost that game last year. And I just don’t mean the QB. We dug deep. We kept fighting.

Yes there were wayyyyyyyyyy to many mistakes and Heupel was far from perfect with the playcalling. But the defense got enough and the offense did just enough when we needed to.

This bye week is coming at the perfect time. Y’all I can’t take this every week GBO!!!

Execution was poor at times. Have to catch passes that go through your hands, even if not perfectly throw. I thought Joey did great considering the pressure and coverage. But, they did execute when it counted. I believe CJH was afraid to call timeout because he did not trust D to hold them if we didn’t get a first down.

Well, we won despite the mistakes and botches. Credit to the team leadership who, instead of folding and giving up, they kept up the fight. If this were a Butch Jones team we would’ve gotten back on the bus at halftime. This win is by no means acceptable and I hope the coaches address it in the locker room (I’m sure they will). The coaches aren’t innocent either, however I can see growth and maturity on the coaching staff. Some of the decisions they made today, they wouldn’t have given thought to back in 2021. I think they all learned something today and it brings the team closer together for the rest of the season.
