Bothwell ran all over us, but they totally stopped him in that fourth quarter. We ended up with a 4.1 yards per carry to their 3.6 defense really played well in the second half with the offense putting them in bad situations.

This is true, and during the game there were flashes of brilliance, but the DL is our weakness. They aren't consistent. When they are good, they are great though

Man I agree but we got a huge issue with time management. There will be a ton of games in the playoffs and against elite teams that come down to the final drive with little time left and we have shown we absolutely suck at that going back years to Milton running out of bounds.

A lot of games are won at the very end.

Players showed amazing grit though and just kept going. That does say a lot.

What a fantastic win. That was poised to be a classic Tennessee L to random mid SECW road foe. Props to the defense, they won this game.

Obviously there is a lot to work on for every unit but I hope they are savoring this road win tonight.

But it’s also a health thing. Objectively. 20+ sacks in 5 games?!?! We have pieces, gotta get healthy in some key spots. 5-6 guys are not able to go, we’re 4-1 because of quality depth, coaching, and character of this team. Let’s get all our bullets back and see how it looks…I’m actually pretty excited…this Miss St. team will upset a top 10 team (maybe top 5) before end of season.

Hopefully this is a season defining win. Overcame two int, muffed punt, phantom TD PI call, dropped td pass, RT going out on a must have drive putting in a true freshman on the road in the sec and won.

Get McCoy and Hobbs back for Arkansas. Hold serve at home, win at Kroger, and find a way in the swamp who likely won’t have a coach and we are playoff bound.

Not to mention the most piss poor clock management most of us have ever seen. That might have been the most concerning thing in the entire game.

We played a D minus game and won on the road. I’ll take it, all my bitching aside

We would’ve lost that game last year. And I just don’t mean the QB. We dug deep. We kept fighting.

Yes there were wayyyyyyyyyy to many mistakes and Heupel was far from perfect with the playcalling. But the defense got enough and the offense did just enough when we needed to.

This bye week is coming at the perfect time. Y’all I can’t take this every week GBO!!!

Probably didn’t deserve to win that one but didn’t deserve to lose 2 weeks ago either.

This is a young team & playing on the road is different.

I think we did deserve this win. Worked hard as hell to Sun and we got it. I also think we should have beaten Ga two weeks ago and if we had we’d be 5-0.

Joey for the first time looked a little rattled but 4 out of his 5 INTs now on the year are due to tipped passes…receivers and TEs have to eliminate that
