Basically came down to 2 series, taking the foot off the gas running the ball 3 times after a turnover and 4th down td pass with no pass help, you knew where they were gonna throw it.

He does not understand how to play as an under dog. TN is an under dog against Georgia. You have to be smartly aggressive and he is not.

If you go back and watch a replay I think Max wanted to kick on 3rd down. Heupel told him no. Then ended up running him out after the penalty. College kickers man.

He may not. I'm just happy to have a competitive team again. We were getting kicked around by Vandy and Kentucky . We took a team with a 15+ year head start in recruiting into OT and it wasn't a fluke turn over plagued game. I'm disappointed, but think we're gonna get there. Bowden wasn't tearing it up from the start either.

To try to run a play with 7 sec on the clock on 3rd freaking down is coaching malpractice.

This is about winning, or in this case losing. And we lost - if you can’t see that then whatever.

Had GA down by 14 and Heupel took his damn foot off the gas. Total choke job by Heupel and Co.

We are seeing Fulmer Part II. It is the Fulmer vs Spurrier fiasco all over again. Choking in big games with conservative football. He has never beat Kirby as a coach. Lost to him when he was at Missouri and it keeps happening here.

I’m not so sure I’d say Fulmer had a recurring choke issues most seasons. It was more he just couldn’t get over the hump of Spurrier, and then later, Richt (unfortunately making the handful of years there was a loss to another ranked team hurt any more).

Also Kirby Smart was never as Missouri…what in the world are you thinking about?
