I haven’t been able to watch every snap so far but what I have seen looks like we’re getting beat along the line of scrimmage.

On defense yep. Offensively a holding penalty and a fumble have killed two of our drives. Could easily be 21-10 right now. But as the General would say: “the team that makes the fewest mistakes will win”

Certainly BUT you also need to throw the ball downfield in order to keep the defense honest otherwise they crowd the LOS and make everything more difficult IMO.

To a degree. But what you really need is the LBer and DBs thinking pass first sontuier first step is coverage not run...that can be done with short passes that go for longer gains
