The Official #10 Auburn @ #12 Tennessee Series Thread (Sat. May 3 11AM EDT) (Sun. May 4 1PM EDT) (Sun. May 4 45 mins after) (All games SECNET+)

Interesting how some posters griping about players needing to come out shut down their keyboards when those particular players score the tying run or hit the tying HR.
I hate calling out players. We know whose struggling but you can complain in general terms like - “man these errors are killing us, or man, can’t get a hit with risp”. It’s really not that hard.

I have a legit question. Does the rain make a new pitcher have to show up as a rule? I keep seeing people say that was what happened to Doyle and now for tonight. Not the rain but the rain delay lol.

How are these safe conditions in which to play?

WTH blue?
I watched a Dixie Youth game this morning at 10:30, in a freaking downpour!
It was the nastiest rain I’ve ever watched a baseball game in, a tournament game on a turf field that we lost 13-11.
It was nasty and both teams had a ton of walks.
Little CobbWebb got a workout behind the plate chasing wet pitches and went 1-3 at the plate, with 2 walks and a 3 RBI double.

No, Snead can come back, but normally after a guy gets hot and then cools down, its not good to get them hot again. Its bad for their arm.

Yeah this is ridiculous. Vols deserve this game. As many bad plays they have made some very unlucky plays. If Ensley had just stayed at first after his hit, two batters later that would have been a sac fly. That is on first base coach and not being aware of situation.

Been happening since Vol baseball became popular again.
I don’t hold it against them, some just don’t understand the nuances of baseball and the fact that it is a game of 70% failure...
