The Official #10 Auburn @ #12 Tennessee Series Thread (Sat. May 3 11AM EDT) (Sun. May 4 1PM EDT) (Sun. May 4 45 mins after) (All games SECNET+)

As noted, starting the game last night in that mess was a stupid decision by the adminstration, coaches and umps. Should never have played a half inning maybe a full. Who was Auburn's starting pitcher today>

I'd still rather watch football than baseball. To me, baseball is just a time killer.
I don't know why you got your feathers ruffled. I never said one negative thing about the team or the game.
No, you went large and said it about the whole sport, you mean-spirited quibbler. You're giving religion a bad name, preacher. Maybe try not entering a fan area and insulting them. And then lying about it.

Coach Vitello said recently that, essentially, he was not satisfied with the level of "fire in the belly" exhibited by this team. We haven't had the level of drop-off that some recent SEC national championship teams displayed the following year, but this phenomenon is, unfortunately, somewhat understandable. Last year's team was so dominant and the level of competition in SEC baseball is so high now that, if you don't come "locked and loaded" every time out, less than consistent excellence is the predictable outcome.

We've been like Rocky in "Rocky III" all year. Once "Clubber Lang" Texas A&M punched us in the mouth, we lost our fire. Just need our version of Apollo Creed to come along and put the "Eye of the tiger" back in this team.
Or MAYBE…SOMEBODY needs to grow a pair and take Adrian into the clubhouse and come out after like a man instead of a mouse.

Time to get into the boat and go chase some redfish and trout. I don't see any chance we turn around and win one here. I hate to say it, but I don't see how we don't lose out from here with Vandy and Arkie. No leaders, no heart, no pride at home - with the exception of Liam Doyle. We were exposed the day league play started. Leading the league in errors, poor offense. No answers in sight.

You might ought to watch the judgement of people you don't know. Your obvious anger isn't good for you. It raises blood pressure and can cause all kinds of health issues.
