He enjoyed the train trip so much that he bought his son a train toy after the Star Wars Convention...

As soon as he returned home, he was informed that he had a photo shoot in Nova Scotia...

For his trip too Nova Scotia, he downloaded one of his favorite Elvis songs too his I-pod.

While he was in Nova Scotia, his wife discovered that their well water was contaminated from the recent rainwater runoff and had to order some water purifier for it.

When he was in Nova Scotia he found some more rock samples

The problem with the well proved more costly that his wife originally thought. A plumber had to be called and he used this tool to weld some of the pipes...

To get his mind of the problem, he went out and bought a model of his favorite WWII airplane.

He found this nifty piece of railroad memorabilia on Ebay

He bought a new propeller for his boat.

While taking the boat for a spin, he found an isolated piece of land in a cove and couldn't resist digging for some rock specimens.

He got some new charts for his boat

The well still had issues, so they bought another filter, hoping that would solve the problem.

One of his friends trains carrier pigeons as a hobby

His daughter did so well in her gymnastics competition that she was offered a scholarship to the University of Tennessee

As a reward for his daughter, he bought her a new purse.

His daughter was really into purses, and began making them for her friends.

His car broke down and he had to start taking the bus to work.
