Apparently it's for Klein straight up. Nashville needs LHD, NYR needed RHD. MDZ is still young & has a higher ceiling.

He's not known as Del Zaster for no reason. Plus he's going to get paid more than he's worth coming off the bridge deal, and we have lots of guys that'll need to be resigned. Could work out ok for everyone, Klein is a serviceable 4/5, and his contract is manageable.

Del Zasters problem is that he gravitates to the puck, and therefore his positioning is a liability. He's got offensive talent, but he's a huge liability on your half.

I see a lot of NYR fans saying a lot of his problem was playing on the right side.

Since he's just 23 I think Nashville would be the best place for his development..obviously losing Klein sucks he was our only true shutdown d man. His contract was nice too.

Oh well maybe it'll work out for both teams.
