I listened as well. It was apparent that they know nothing and were talking out their a**.

They are GA homers. They would love nothing more than to see Cut at UT. Not that he isn’t good and has had some success against GA. I do not see him dominating the SEC. They do not want us to make a splash with a big name

We can do better.

I live in Durham. I watched a press conference before the season started where they brought all the "Triangle Coaches" in and had them available to answer questions (Cut, Butch Davis from UNC, O'brien from NCSU, and the guy at NC Central were all there). They were all asked who their role models were so far as coaches were concerned. The other guys all mentioned coaches they had worked with or otherwise spent time around. I think Cut might have briefly mentioned the Bear and Fulmer in passing, but he had his highest praise for Paterno and Bobby Bowden. Interesting.

I'm not saying that he should be considered but if we all remember all the players talked about when he returned in 05 was how the intensity returned to pratice maybe we just need a coach that can raise the intensity/excitement level and push the guys a little. They just look like they are going through the motions right now. There was an article at footballrumormill.com that Cut's team has shed over 500 lbs due to his pratice regiment. He called them fat and lazy when he started spring camp. They bought in and are 3-1 and this is Duke we are talking about.

Unless UT were to offer him just a truckload of cash I cant see why he would want to leave duke. There has to be almost no pressure. If he can even get that team to a bowl game he would probably considered a hero there. Duke allready has more wins this year than the previous 2 or maybe 3 seasons combined. Last weeks win was the first conference opponent Duke had beaten in 15 games. So even if he didnt win another game this year its a HUGE improvement over the past several seasons for them.

Well we need something, because if reading between the lines and seeing is beliving somethings going on, I went back and looked at the tape of the camera shots in the booth of CClaw and he does look very frustrated, and that may explain why he looks like he was whacked with a 2x4. The body language tells all, so hes calling one play an HCPF is calling another that also make since when the receivers are in place and JC is throwing in a totaly different place. But the wristband switch, I havent noticed him using it, he keeps looking to sidelines for a signal, from my viewing. WOW what a waste of talent.
