My boss is a big USCjr fan and says their fanbase is saying the same about Freeze. Saying that getting smacked last week has generated real talk with boosters to finally remove Muschump and they all want Freeze. Sounds like the man is gonna cash in somewhere.

You aren’t wrong but I’m pretty happy with Barnes. We had to wander in the wilderness for a few years but we figured it out. The same can’t be said for football.

But thats also assuming he got a lot smarter about how things work. Thats not altogether a sure thing at this point either.

If Hugh Freeze ends up at South Carolina we are in big trouble and I don't know how we bounce back. It would be a huge battle between Tennessee, Kentucky, and Missouri each year for 4th place in the east considering what Freeze was able to do at Ole Miss which has inferior facilities to South Carolina.

Well now we know. We are officially Auburn's last game of the season. Which means my prediction is even more likely to come true. GBO baby

Pearl was not the greatest, Ray Mears is that. Just finished a book about his life and times. One tidbit, bb was becoming more popular than football so Woodruff told him his recruiting budget was being cut. Mears went over his head to Boling to get his budget. That contributed to his “resignation “ being announced when Mears needed some time off to treat his illness. BB didn’t have to go into the dark hole of irrelevance for so many years. Also, Dickey had the opportunity to hire Rick Barnes before he went to Texas but wouldn’t pay the price. These football ads killed BB for football. Here’s hoping the current one knows history.

Nah won't happen. They may hire Freeze but Tennessee isn't beating Auburn this year. This is the worst Tennessee team i've witnessed... It's bad they're bad. Just cancel the season already and say Covid is to blame.

Pearl and his staff were incredibly dirty, and I’m sure UT was aware. I have a feeling they used the BBQ has an excuse to can him before he got them in way worse trouble. Pearl makes Kiffin look like a choir boy.

Terrifying as a football fan but spot on accurate..this likely is the last chance to get it right.


And if we arent willing to go all in...then just keep the current staff for 10 years and maybe they will figure it out.

No,no. The most Tennessee thing to happen would be for South Carolina to hire Hugh Freeze and they end up beating our azz every year. We counter by hiring a "proven" coach in Will Muschamp.
