Didn't Morris pull his name out? Same as Gus did before going to Ark State. They were smart enough to look into Vandy and got out before getting in. I seriously don't think Mason researched them at all. His statement that he thought they would have played like an SEC team because they're in the SEC, told me all I needed to hear. He saw 9-4 and SEC and thought they'd be competing for ATL.

I'm not surprised by Vandy losing to WKU but what I am surprised about is Mason trying to tell the media during his post game presser that they did well, that they stopped WKU's offense.

I just love how they talk smack to us but they lost while we won our game. Yes it wasn't pretty on defense but neither were they on offense.

It's not just us, Vandy fans are tone deaf as to their reality when it comes to all other teams. Check out this idiot from VM:

Really? You mean the same Temple that beat your brains out, at home, last year? In the bottom feeder conference where Vandy very well might finish dead last? Who in the AAC would you pick Vandy to beat? Cincy? No way. Memphis? HAHAHA hell no. SMU is picked to finish last, and they played #4 Baylor pretty damn tough for 3 quarters. Houston is going to kick the @#$# out of the damn Dores later this season, so I guess you'll get another glimpse of that bottom feeder conference. Seriously, pick one team from the AAC that you would pick Vandy to beat.

The reality is that Vandy has enjoyed the monetary and recruiting advantages of being in the SEC so long, they suffer under the delusion that they are inherently better than teams who perform much better, with much, much less- despite season after season of proof that they are consistently a pathetic program.
I hate everything about these idiots, but their arrogance, based on absolutely nothing, is by far the biggest reason.
