That's just good coaching right there. "Hey guys, we don't stand a chance against team A so let just skip game prep for them and hope 2 weeks of prep is enough to beat team B. It's always good to let your players know that you don't believe they can win.

So should they just skip prepping for their SEC games this year so they might have a chance at winning three of their OOC games?

Well their coach clearly believes they can't beat good teams so yeah, if they want to win more than maybe 1 game, they totally should.

I love our fanbase. We hate Vandy so much that we're willing to go to their games against teams we don't care about so we can watch them lose.

This needs to happen on a large scale. Can you picture it? Every time the other team scores against you, the stadium erupts and its not even the other teams fan cheering. The camera pans the stadium and all you see is the color that you hate the most, invading your stadium and cheering for you to lose against a team that isnt their own. The ultimate **** you troll job.

Vandy brought this on itself. If those losers had just shown a little bit of restraint during the two years we lost to them (esp given how one sided the series has been) none of us would even care about Vandy. But they started with all the smack talk and how they own the state etc... Now all I want is for them to get that azz whooped every time they step on the field.

Yep, I used to pull for them in games against teams not named UT, but the whole "we own the state now" thing after two decent years after decades upon decades of fail and now I hope they go winless.

I've hated Vandy for a lot longer than the past 3 years, more like 50 years. Too many reasons to list here. Loved George Cafego's attitude about them.

This is the perfect description for why I hate Vandy and will always hate Vandy. They need to show some restraint when the win back to back for the first time since the great depression.

My children and my children's children will hate Vanderbilt because of how their arrogant, douchebag fans acted during the James Franklin tenure. Before, they were a gnat that needed to be swatted every season...now, I wouldn't care if the entire football facility and "stadium" fell into a sinkhole. **** them, **** James Franklin, and **** their arrogant, classless, snooty, know-nothing, garbage fans.

Some of our fans, sure. But I think it would take a 4-5 year winning streak for us to reach the level Vandy fans got after just two wins.

And it was ALL of their fans. Living in Nashville, I know that they universally believed that they had completely surpassed Tennessee in all sports and did, in fact, own the state. After three football wins since 1982.

The past 10 years have taught me more humility than the past 60 has for Vandy fans.

Although I believe that Florida fans are much worse to us than we were to Vandy fans pre-Franklin. Florida has it coming, what did we do to earn the hate of Vandy fans except follow a school that invests more in athletics?

Let's assume they will be 0-for again in the SEC this year with the only difference being A&M instead of Miss St on their schedule. Their OOC this season will be way tougher than their cupcake schedule last year. Unless the team has dramatically improved which there is no evidence of, these fans will be in for a serious shock this season. I feel like we are constantly beating a dead horse here but their fans for the most part keep perpetuating this pipe dream.
