NYU has too many athletes for Vandy to handle. Sewanee pulls recruits Vandy couldn't get with promises of more playing time and equal or better education without losing every game every year, and the Nashville School of Law would be composed of 25+ year olds who have worked before and, thus, destroy them physically.

I played flag football for Lee. I was in the B-League though and we still weren't very good. I think we only won a couple of games.

In retrospect, we should have played a booster game against Vandy first to get our confidence up.

They are really psyhcing (spelling) themselves up that their only problem last year was their O.C. now that he is gone the offense will play well giving a mason lead D time to rest and get ready. Even with a lot of their players leaving Ludwig is going to wave a magic wand and vandy's offense will be respectable. Nothing about recruiting, scheme change or new positions for old players. The simple fact that Ludwig is leading them will win them games.

the offense looked absolutely garbage in their spring game. I know its spring but it looked just as bad as last fall. The only time they scored was when robinette (their starter who quit) got sacked/fumbled & the defense recovered it to the goaline basically. Then the scrubs came in and punched it in. Zero playmakers, zero qb, awful OL and 1 rb who they will run into the ground again. Until they get some talent it doesnt matter who the OC is. It doesnt matter what the scheme is or what changes have been made. They think bc Ludwig has had success before that he will do it over night at Vandy. Vandy doesnt have melvin gordon and the stud OL that he had at Wisconsin either. They dont have anyone close to the players that Ludwig has had in the past. Even at Wisconsin they couldnt throw the ball worth a damn. Week 1 is gonna be an eye opener for them. Its even worse that Robinette took all the spring reps then quit the team. That matters when youre trying to develop two other guys. McCrary is scared to death back there. Just look at the UT game. He got benched. He had 1 good game and that was against Old Dominion. Aside from that, he looked horrible against everyone. He threw two picks in the spring game as well just in the 1st qtr alone. Then the other kid Freebeck had a 5 QBR for the season last fall. Yes, i said 5 lol. Plus he is a statue back there.

It blows my mind that Spurrier is even mentioned as a hypothetical future coach at Vandy. John Gruden coaching at UT was more believable than Steve Spurrier, 70 years old and rebuilding USC for going on 10 years now, choosing to start from scratch with a Vandy team completely void of talent.

That's Vandy fans for you. The only thing you can say about them is that some of the stuff they come up with is pure gold.

Somewhere I saw a shirt that said something like"NSL, we're a small, old, private, law school in Nashville, with no football team. Just like Vanderbilt."
