Are you guys aware that you are not required to select the link that opens this thread? I don't like soccer, so I don't go to soccer games. If you don't like other people bashing Vandy, don't go places where Vandy bashing is happening.

Not to mention the silly logic of posting in a thread to tell people to stop posting in said thread.

Honestly we would all probably still be indifferent to them had they not started acting the way they did the previous 2 seasons. Sure they won 9 games and beat us twice in a row but go go around acting like they were the Bama of the East and run their mouths about owning the state, well thats what made their fall so fun to watch.

To me the best part was when they were so shocked that CJF left and they acted like they were a premiere job. Even after he left they insisted that they would get one of the nations top coaches. Then that didn't happen but they still insisted they would end up with an assortment of allstar assistants. Then that didn't happen but they kept telling themselves it was ok cause they would end up witht he top recruiting class. Then that didn't happen but it was ok because the recruits they got were better than anything in the country and were just somehow underrated by EVERYONE. They also didn't care about recruiting cause they had so many RS FR that were just underrated bluechips and Masons D scheme was so awesome that noone would be able to even get a first down on them let alone score.

And then the season started..................

Had you ever had the privilege of spending any time with Coach Cafego, you'd understand. But I realize that's a connection to our roots few here have experienced.

The SEC has screwed us over so much that they can lose every game, for all I care. However, that is only a secondary reason as to why I detest the SEC. Reason #1 is that SEC fans are by and large extremely annoying, and it's fun seeing them squirm around for excuses and justifications.

That's because Vanderbilt sucks and the closest they'll finish in the standings to other SEC teams is if other SEC teams lose. Misery loves company and Vanderbilt is a garbage football program, always will be.

18 returning starters bodes well for starting next season strong. 9 on offense. 9 on defense.

I've watched the Astros return all of their starters. They still finished last.


lol @ being excited about returning that many starters from such a horrible team.

It's a reference to the fact that 2013 was the first time in like 60 years they even finished in the top 25, still outside of the top 16. Vandy has no shot in hell at making a playoff even if there are 16 teams.

the Braves return their garbage just about every year as well as the Falcons; it must be prerequisite to suck in Atlanta as a professional sports team imho
