A loss to MTSU or WKU won't get Mason fired IF VU balances out the loss with a quality win or two. On the other hand, a loss to one or both of MTSU and WKU accompanied by a winless SEC record might get Mason booted. Honestly, I don't see that happening. I could see a loss to MTSU or WKU (both of whom are good teams), but I think there will be some quality SEC wins to keep folks from going too nuts.

They really should do themselves and favor and just stick to baseball and women's bowling .... leave football to the big boys you buncha effing arrogant sissies....no offense of course.

yeah they seem to believe that Mason taking on more roles will help him settle down. that would be like saying making Dooley OC would have made him a better head coach. laughable

i just dont understand their thinking. The "We might lose a game to an OOC opponent but we should rack up SEC wins" logic is laughable. WKU and Houston have real athletes and they are very capable of winning. I bet the betting lines in those games will be 3pts or less. MTSU hates Vandy and they arent that bad. I mean how is Vandy going to score? Who are they going to stop with 5-6 DL total on the roster? A couple of those have never played a snap. Any team with a decent defense (UT,Houston, Florida, Mizzou, UGA, Ole Miss, etc.) will be just fine against that bunch. WKU didnt have a good defense but they return most everybody from a young Defense and added a couple transfers. Plus their offense scores almost 45ppg and returns about 90% of the production from last yr. If they were that garbage against last yrs schedule i dont see them being better this yr as they actually have real football teams on this yrs schedule.

It's hilarious, because the team's management is exactly the same as last year. Mason is going to be hands off with the offense, again. That's why he always looked so surprised and confused during games. It was the first time he'd ever seen the plays and personnel.

Guaranteed that they will bungle the QB situation again. Robinette, McCrary, and Freebeck will all play next year and the offense will once again have no cohesiveness.

Wth is Robinette thinking by not transferring away from the grease fire that is the vandy QB situation under Mason? Almost feel bad for that kid.....almost.

whats the over/under that after their spring game (saturday) they start thinking they win some serious games this year?

also guessing the attendance will be 6000-7000. and even thinking that i am taking the under.
