According to someone here he was arrested last night. He heard about it and posted via Twitter that his mom wasn't going to be happy with volnation.

He got phantom arrested last night after throwing a beer on a cop in some poster's imagination. Lots of talk of the charges being dropped, needing an eye dropper, dropping a deuce, et al. Thread got canceled and now we're here!

He also said a day or 2 ago something about people googling their info (recruiting, etc) and posting it as their own. He doesn't seem happy nowdays. lol

He knows he went from being a young, respected reporter to a paid mercenary in the eyes of most of the true sports fans around his age. I'm sure he does read this board and some of the commentary on him, recently, has been merciless. I still like him alright, but can see others points on him posting things like, "big news on the pay site about Tennessee Basketball", and it's that a player commitment already reported everywhere is the "big news". Exclusive content should be just that; exclusive. To pass off info that is public domain as super secret GVX247 stuff, is kind of pandering.

I think I lost some respect for him while typing that.

Sounds like pretending like one broke a story personally after hearing it from another news source, then charging a subscription fee for it.

I searched on here right after he posted that. I figured he was talking about Richardson committing, but iirc, he wrote that before it was mentioned here that Richardson committed. Must have been something he saw on Twitter. Who knows.
