I think there should be a fine leveed on all that order the PPV broadcast. $30 + $50 stupid fee x 20000 viewers gets us a third of the way to the buyout.

i'll just listen on the radio or just have the game tracker stuff. niu's homecoming game is at 3ct that day so i'll be drunk most of the day. :dance2:

Irony at it's best.

You don't seem to understand the difference between a "fan" and a "fool." A fan is short for "fanatic", and wants their team to win and compete at a high level all the time--no excuses. A fool calls fans, or "fanatics" unrealistic and supports their team being destroyed and engineered into a pathetic weak sister of the conference.

If your team is sitting at 2-4 and 0-3 in the conference, and you unblinkingly stand behind your coach despite the ever-accumulating negative statistics of the coach over the last 10 years... You are behaving foolishly.

I'm not sure who you're talking to. It's not me.:hi:

I knew better than to watch this silliness. Once again, Mike Griffith proves he is the biggest suckup in all the Knoxville media. Given that he's in the same market with Jeff Jacoby and John Wilkerson, that's saying something.

No doubt. It's the second week in a row that I had to turn that garbage off 10 minutes in to the show. As far as Mike Griffith, what serious sports journalist would open his comments with a slanted view that the officials cost UT the game. Anyone with an ounce of knowledge would have to know and admit there is way more to this loss than a call or two.

It couldn't be said any better.

The saddest part about all of this is we've seen it coming for years. My opinion is that, because Fulmer has never been held accountable, he was able to meander forward with blinders on -- to this point of no return. If there had been some urgency five years ago, he might have been able to turn it around. Now, it is way too late.
