I purchased heat pump repairs on December 27. I was a ten year customer. The jerk fried the inside circuit board and blew out the cooling fan. He mis-wired something. It is now January 8th and I have had no heat for almost 2 full weeks. It is about 55 degrees inside my house. I am installing a new unit tomorrow. Cost almost 7,000.
