I was looking at houses in Florida not too long ago. Some nice looking houses in pretty areas and decently priced. THEN I seent the POA/HOA/CCCP frees .

The 63-home community built behind my property has private roads and storm water management. This allowed the developer to avoid county requirements. Big ol' houses built around a central park. By the time the homeowners learn that they've not accrued enough funds for the issues which will arise, I will have moved.
