I saw something like this one time a few years back..some farmer thought it was a good idea taking a trailer full of round bail hay on the interstate at 75 mph...tire in back of trailer broke and jump over four lanes of traffic getting stuck in the trees...dude never stopped,

Driving north from Columbus, GA in the Fall of 2016, an older Bronco is passing us when its right rear wheel comes off. The wheel paralleled the vehicle for a bit. The driver successfully maneuvered behind it and across three lanes to stop on the right apron. The wheel drifted right and slowly angled off the roadway. As someone else had stopped to help those in the Bronco, we drove on.
