I'm no Behr, but I can pass along a recipe that worked for me. I had left over smoked chickens. I pulled apart the breast meat. I added diced sweet onion & celery like you would for classic chicken salad. For a twist, I added the merest pinch of five spice powder and tarragon leaves to mayo along with a tad of Durkee's famous sauce. Blended this mixture before adding pecan pieces towards the end.
The daughter and son-in-law liked it. They made their own version with leftover smoked turkey and walnuts.
