My best friend's dad used to say that putting tobacco on a bee sting was a remedy. Not sure how, or why.

Chewed up, take from mouth and put on sting. Old folks say this will pull the poison out.

My Grandpa did it for me when I was 5. Scorpion sting to the right palm. It twas an attention getter. I can't remember if the tobacco thing helped or not. But that sting is an indelible stain upon my memory. Haha

For some reason red wasps like building nests around my house and out building. I take a can of wasp & hornet killer around every other day or so and get as many of them as I can......is it wrong that I get immense joy out of each wasp I get with the spray? :ermm:

Think I cried for two days. Karma. I was throwing rocks at my older brother while he was floating in a John boat in my Grandpa's pond. Just splashing him. The 4th or 5th rock I picked up...SURPRISE!
