I'm sorry y'all have piss poor cyclists. There are good and bad cyclists just like good and bad drivers.

They should stop at lights. If they don't they are stupid and wrong. They should stop at stop signs but will roll thru one if traffic is clear. Its a hassle to unclip and lose your momentum. Not a great reason but its the truth. Would argue most drivers don't come to a complete stop if traffic looks clear.

They should always ride single file if a car is behind them. If they are riding two abreast hogging a lane then their jerks. Sometimes a cyclist will ride a couple feet into a lane because it psychologically affects drivers passing them. If they ride on the shoulder line, most cars will pass with only inches to spare. If they ride a couple feet into the lane then cars will give them 3'-6' which is what the law requires and is safer. Don't know why this is true but it is.

Most laws view bikes like cars so its illegal for them to ride on sidewalks.
