in my opinion...if you've been a ut fan for a while, you know how to take a loss.
i know that some people take it harder than others, but regardless, it hurts your heart. it comes to a point when you have to realize that even though it is so much more than a game to you, to everyone else it's JUST a game. football fans, and especially ut fans, have a huge problem of letting the games take part in their personal life.
and that is due in large part to the serious letdowns we have had to suffer thru in the last 10 years. when you endure losses that should and could have been wins as much as we have, it's hard not to take it a bit personal.
oh, i agree completely. i'm just as guilty as the next fan about letting games get to me. i grew up in neyland. monday night, i'd say my blood pressure was sky high...
kinda what i'm getting at i guess is that regardless of who you're a fan for, it's your decision whether you're considered a loser. some of the folks on the main board are definitely making an argument for themselves, haha. it's really all about how you carry yourself after a loss or a big win. all about class, folks.
