I just finished preping 12 Scotch eggs and steamed 2 lbs. of U12 Pink Golds for peel n eat for tomorrow. Gonna enjoy every second of the game.

I'm the only one working in my department this morning which makes for a nice, quiet atmosphere. Taking care of payroll for my counterpart in Pikeville, KY, who is home sick. IF I can get that done by 2:30, I'm going to be hard to find.

Took today off from work. Catching up on honey-dos until 2:00 then buy beer, crank up grill, get the mutts situated and its game on. My pups aren't big fans of games because their papa is really loud and jumps up and down a lot. Have to put them in the bedroom. Go Vols!

Scotch eggs are hard boiled eggs (I soft boil them) wrapped in Tennessee pride hot sausage, "breaded" with crushed corn flakes and fried. I made a kaffir mustard aioli for dipping. Pink Gold is a nickname for fresh Pink Gulf Shrimp.

Have fun with the pups, I assume one is a Gloden? I sure miss mine.

My game day just got better since I cant come to the game. I will be treated to gameday treats whipped up by my 7 year old Rachel Ray in training, fresh out of her star wars cook book she got for Christmas.
