Agree. Have been seeing in state guys rated high at each position the past few years. Some really high.

That it doesn't matter what kind of facilities, fan base and tradition you have, your team will suck if you hire the wrong coach.

Yep, lets hope it stays this way and continues to improve. There are several in the 15 class that are already looking like big time prospects.

Yes this is a great thing for UT football now we just have to create relationships out in West TN. They are already doing a good job in Middle TN.

It's never really been that bad. We've just haven't had a coach make an emphasis of it for the past few years. It is mighty strong this year though

I think our in-state talent has been underestimated for years. I liked Fulmer & still think it was a mistake on Hamilton's part to fire him, but I do think he overlooked in-state talent too much. I also think these rating services are biased toward certain states & Tenn isn't one they have traditionally thought too much of. Hopefully that's changing.
