Finally the tides turned and it wasn't our star player getting hurt. That being said I hate to see any of these young men get hurt and didnt want to see Shaw leave under those circumstances. I hope the best for him.

Not really dirty plays but if a qb continues to take chances he needs to pay for it.

Yep. It's the chance you take for scrambling or hanging in the pocket. Opposing fans always cry dirty this dirty that but it was a clean play and an unfortunate result for Shaw. Hope everything is ok for him.

To add to that, none of our players were ejected for targeting, one of theirs was.

Still, I hate to see any player get hurt and put out a game. Hope Shaw has a quick recovery. I don't want Missouri winning the east.

Appears to continue.

Just saying.

Yeah but nothing dirty. All of the hits have been clean.

Interesting thing is that Mizzou will be a beneficiary 3 times if Shaw can't go against them. UT helped beat UF up then UGA and now USCe.

I am totally surprised by Mizzou's play.

The really unfortunate thing is the loss to UGA by fractions of an inch cost UT a chance of being in control of its own destiny right now. You may laugh but this has been a season of attrition in the East. UT and Mizzou are probably the healthiest teams in the East right now.

The consensus top 3 preseason teams have been hurt or in UGA's case decimated by injuries.

I was too. I wasn't expecting FL to be beat that bad. I was hoping they would pull out the win to be honest. Yeah, I know it's FL, but I just can't see Mizzou as a "SEC team".

we may not be "kings" but we are "king makers". Everyone but Oregon has walked away from us so beat up that their seasons are wrecked. If the trend continues, Alabama will not win another NC. We may be handing this years NC to Oregon unless they do thier typical fall apart for one game of the season costing them the NC trip.
I see next season being very different for us.

You don't want to be a QB and play against Tennessee. Just one of those years

You'll either have good numbers or a season ending injury
