Yeah go the Jim Tressel route.....find a guy who is an extremely morally corrupt individual down to the core bone structure of their existence who had long standing ties to organized crime in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Who also committed just about every NCAA violation in the book without a care in the world.....

Brohm would be a great hire in my opinion. I believe Coach Fulmer recruited him when he was in high school.

Mike Houston! I'd love to have him come in! He's won national championships at both the Div. II and FCS level, and while at Citadel, he beat South Carolina with a team with clearly inferior talent.

Not necessarily our "backyard", but Joe Moorhead was very successful in FCS before being OC at Penn State. Unfortunately, Miss State wisely snatched him up before anyone else. Must be nice to have a functional athletic department that knows how to evaluate coaches.
