Isn't it time to upgrade the font on these jerseys? I mean I appreciate Martha Washington cutting out the first ones with scissors during the revolution. But those 1970s sporting good store cutout numbers could look a million times better IMO. It's 2012.

So you're argument is that the numbers on the jerseys should be changed because Martha Washington cut them out during the revolution back in the 1970's. Got it.

I think a black outline around the numbers would look good. But if we did that, I think that the players names should be in black as well. How about a flat black helmet with an orange Power "T" and stripe?

The orange jerseys rock. The dime store font is terrible. UCLA's font looks excellent and is distinctive. The power T is relatively "new" and is distinctively Tennessee. A similar classic font on traditional jerseys would look much better.

I like the rare black uni ideas too. Flat bk helmet orange T, bk jersey and coordinated pants. Would rock every year or so.

The home jersey has no outline at least not in my memory. Just the away white ones
