The Jarrett Guarantano hate

Yep, Pruitt must be an idiot as that's 7 wins in a row I think.

We dont beat LSU, Ga, FL, Al today and those 7 wins are against garbage teams who will never compete for a conference title.

Florida looked amazing and even Ole Miss looked better than us in their loss.

I swear some of you are JGs family or just enjoy being a mediocre team.

It dumbfounds me to read all of this hate over a kid. First, this is a kid. He may legally and technically be a man but still, he is just a kid. Not only that, but he is doing something productive such as going to college to get an education and, though I don't know anything about his or his parents financial abilities, football is providing an avenue for him to do so. Just how many of you negative posters actually have an investment into the University such as a degree, donor, booster or played football for the University? Or, are you just a fan? Second, I remember reading on this forum several years ago how many of you thought he was going to be the next biggest thing since Peyton. Third, and to me most importantly, how many of you haters have or could be an SEC starting QB? Even with as bad of a team as we currently have, how many of you posters that continuously dog him out could even make the team as a walk on much less supplant him as the starting QB?

Granted, there may be more or other options at QB but most of the posters on here are personally attacking a kid. Now, I know I'm going to get flamed for this but what is wrong with ya'll?
At this point uncle rico would be better

Quit with JG hate. He didn’t do bad today no matter what you say. 259 yards, 2 touchdowns, no interceptions. I’ll take it.

A lot of those drops and missed passes were with 1 receiver. He was on point with most everyone else. He and keyton need to get on the same page

Oh BS, JG was very BAD tonight in passing. Good news, he can run the offense.....but he can't execute the passing game!

Hate is a strong word. He's a good kid but when it comes to a QB he is what he is. He's a Dll quarterback on a D1 team. Chaney is a pretty top notch QB developer and lets face it JG is maxed out. He isn't gonna get better he is a below average QB that can't read defences and can't lead a receiver. He overthrows and throws behind his receivers on the regular. It's very worrisome that we don't have a better option. I get that Bailey didn't have a spring practice and missed a lot of fall. I hope that is the only thing that held Bailey back. We won despite playing JG not because he played. If we swap QBs with South Carolina tonight we win by three touchdowns. We wont consistently until JG is replaced that's just the reality of the situation.

Well, turns out he did execute the passing game tonight. It wasn’t beautiful, but to say he was “very bad“ isn’t even sniffing at truth. The facts have spoken
He was below average. They do a good job of masking it. By looking at his stats anyone who hasn't watched him play, or doesn't fully understand what they're seeing they would not think so. All the screen passes make his stat sheet look decent always has. But if you start looking at the down field stats it gets pretty ugly.

Objectively, JG did play great but for the most part he made all the right reads (which is an improvement) and I am encouraged. The defense was more concerning but I realize we were short a few.

"missed a couple throws" OMG 😂

You have to remember, Pulaski operates from a position of willful ignorance in terms of context.

So for him, missing a throw into triple coverage after you dodged a sack, is the same as missing a throw to a wide open receiver in the middle of the field after you held the ball for 3.5 seconds after the snap and your oline kept the pocket up the entire time.

It's the only way he can maintain cognitive dissonance by relying on the stat line alone, even though he watched the actual game.
