Rudy Giuliani had the most apt take on this Trump phenomenon when he told Chuck Todd that "Truth isn't truth,". I've never seen a collection of people so willing to lie in the face of photographic and even video evidence which contradicts their narrative. The way Trump and his apologists lie is audacious.

"Truth isn't truth." That says it all.

The formula is thus:

1) Bad fact about Trump comes out, Trump denies it is and his base believes him.

2) Bad fact turns out to be worse than first thought, Trump base still clings to his denials, grasp for straws to claim it's fake.

3) Even worse facts come out, showing that in addition to all the bad facts, Trump has been lying about it from the getgo. Trump base says they dont care that he lied and proceed to change subject to Clinton or Obama or Muslims.


Lather, rinse, repeat.

You can read on here multiple places where people say .. yep , so , all politicians lie . Then we argue over continuum’s .

And for what it's worth, it was then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton who blamed the Benghazi embassy attack on a video... and that narrative was supported by Susan Rice on a Sunday morning talk show. She knew that was a lie, and went forth with it anyway. It was wrong... the murders had already happened, however. I don't see how you blame her lie (ex-post facto) for the attack.

Hillary Clinton and Susan Rice having no integrity, doesn't defend Donald Trump's lack of integrity, though, does it?

Only one is currently the President... and as such, Trump is going to be under closer scrutiny. He has also proven himself to be a prolific liar. He has elevated lying to an extreme. It should not be acceptable.

Did you have a dozen pictures taken with Magnum P.I. as well as a video recorded with you talking to him, in varying locales over the course of a year? Did your son, daughter and son-in-law also have their pictures taken with him? If so, then I would believe that you knew him.

You guys are trying to make this evidence seem more random and isolated than it obviously is... and in the process, you look really pathetic and stupid. You really would defend Trump for anything. Trump said that he didn't know Lev Parnas, didn't know anything about him and had never spoken to him. Trump flat out lied. END/

But you didn't have outrage when it was proven Obama also lied.
And there is more than a President in government. The House has been putting out lies for 3 years.
