Mitch should hold a vote on Biden being the first witness, and it must have partisan support. If not, throw this **** out.

At least Mitch could take the high road and say that he sought what the Poligrip®️ hag swore to do but categorically failed to accomplish.

It would end before it starts. If the Democrats want to ram **** through, the Republicans should reciprocate.

I think I made a good argument as to why the Presiding Officer is tasked with keeping it from being a circus within the bounds of senate rules and the constitution powers vested in the Judicial Branch.

Something else may surprise you. The senators can vote not to impeach and agree that he committed what he’s accused of. Clinton admitted to lying and was given a pass.

Yes, I'm just here for the show. It won't end with the end of the impeachment trial. There will still be evidence coming to light. Most people see the Star investigation as Republican overreach and the impeachment as a Republican mistake. People will also see this as a Republican mistake.

We will have to disagree on that. A president sexually harassing an intern, and lying about it under oath in a sexual harassment trial, is far worse then what trump had been impeached for.

Yes but math is against them applauding this hoax. There's 53 Republican Senators. 45 Democratic Senators and 2 independents. You might as well count one of those independents as a Democrat because it's Bernie. Pence gets the tiebreaker vote.

It takes two thirds of the majority which they will never get. So what America is about to see is pure theater.

So that was the bar set back then and if that precedence held, Trump too would be lying under oath about sexually harassing someone. Seems like the Republicans keep moving the bar.

When has lied under oath? You are projecting. And Clinton was forced to testify bc of a civil suit.
