Not true.
He told the house he would let the courts decide if he had to testify.

The House sought his testimony but ultimately never subpoenaed Bolton, and Democrats withdrew their subpoena for his former deputy after it was challenged in court, as Democrats wanted to move forward with their impeachment probe and not wait for the court's decision.

This is a new stance from Bolton based on the courts lack of a ruling.

No. If it was so important that he testify why didn't the Dems subpoena him? It's not the senates job to do the houses work. Just like the Dems run the process in the house the Republicans run the Senate. End of story. Cry if you will but end of story

The house dems. did subpoena him but withdrew the subpoena when he took it to the courts.

And how is that the Trump teams problem? I don't think there is anything much in this weak case that would removed him from office no. But if you are asking do I think a guy who has an axe to grind with the president would be helpful maybe not. Doesn't matter he isn't testifying so your question is irrelevant

It boils down to Trump supporters knowing Trump's only chance is for the Senate GOP to suppress evidence. They want to act like it's supposed to be House vs. Senate to protect the President but It's not anything near what the Framers intended.

Moscow Mitch won't call him as a witness, the GOP has no interest in the truth, they are in the tank for Trump. They complained about no witness having first hand knowledge of a Quid Pro Quo and now they have one that can clear Trump or verify that there was a Quid Pro Quo but they will do everything in their power to not allow him to testify. Same reason the WH did not allow witnesses to testify and refused to turn over one single document that was requested. The fix is in.

Then why didn't the house subpoena him and go to court to make him testify? Still waiting for this answer
