Context would be helpful, He is trying to remove the wording of the "bidens" from the impeachment language and change it to "Burisma". He argues this by attacking Hunter Biden. He is an idiot.

Hate to break it to you, but this is a nonsensical, name calling, word salad of an attack that fails to directly address the conversation.

Feel free to take a swing at addressing this directly:
Welcoming or shrugging off Trump’s attempts to use Russia/Ukraine as “insurance policies” is the partisan mirror image of what Luther said.

I didn't call you a name.

Explain to me how Trump has used Russia/Ukraine as "insurance policies". Every witness with direct knowledge of the situation stated that there was no demand, no quid pro quo, the closest was one that they assumed aid was being withheld until an investigation was announced. Was it borderline, yes. Trump came close to stepping over the line but in the end he didn't.

I think that’s a fair point, except that we have historical examples of what the world looks like with an unchecked aggressive nation causing instability in Europe. It’s not good.

If sending aid to Ukraine lets Russia know that we will back up European nations and checks further aggression, that seems like a worthwhile investment. That seems to be the goal of that policy, it seems a worth goal, and there were some signs this week that it may be working.

The biggest differences are that Trump is doing it purely for self benefit, and he is not using it as an insurance policy after the fact, he is doing it to cheat before the fact.
Trump's abuse is far worse.

Can u wait for the trial to happen before making the assumption that he is guilty? Is that too much to ask?
