The Impeachment Thread

attack the man when you can't attack his argument. ;)

Mimicking you guys and Trump's name calling. Ya'll love it when Trump does it. But ot is so distasteful you don't recognize it is Trump-like if it is not Trump doing it. We don't do it as well as he does it, though, I'll agree. We're not dumb enough to be really good at it

“ The day Richard Nixon failed to answer that subpoena is the day that he was subject to impeachment because he took the power from Congress over the impeachment process away from Congress and he became the judge and jury." - Lindsey Graham, 1999

“ The day Donald Trump failed to answer that subpoena is the day that he was subject to impeachment because he took the power from Congress over the impeachment process away from Congress and he became the judge and jury." - Not Lindsey Graham, 2019

Difference being the Senate went to the courts to have their subpoenas enforced then Nixon defied the courts.

But hey, don't let facts get in your way.

Any poll that has him winning is going to be illegitimate to you, if tomorrow CNN came out with a poll that had Trump winning you may even try to discredit them
"Firehouse Strategies" is a public relations firm founded by Republicans. Their polls are for the purpose of public persuasion. They basically admit what they are. Like I said, Google them and see for yourself.

This line is on their official site:

"Firehouse Strategies" is a full-service public affairs firm that focuses on delivering targeted persuasion campaigns for a wide variety of corporate clients."

I completely understand people having strong political opinions and no doubt sharing them on this forum. I can even understand those same people, at times, adding their own emotion along with those opinions but I don't think we really need to regress into our 10 year old selves and deliberately misspell names or titles to form derogatory terms. It really just belittles whatever argument you were attempting to make and encourages people not to quote you for your immaturity. Having said that, I will state that AirVol is NOT the only poster in here guilty of it.
Well, aren't you the proper poster? Maybe you should be the final word on what gets printed here.

My guess is the Senate won't be subpoenaing him, let's circle back around to this distinction in a few weeks.

“Horowitz: We are deeply concerned that so many basic and fundamental errors were made by three separate, hand-picked investigative teams; on one of the most sensitive FBI investigations; after the matter had been briefed to the highest levels within the FBI; even though the information sought through use of FISA authority related so closely to an ongoing presidential campaign; and even though those involved with the investigation knew that their actions were likely to be subjected to close scrutiny."

But there was no political bias...

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

stop... breathe...

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!😂😂😂😂

Quack quack quack!

Figured you'd miss the point.

The House could have followed the same route and went to court to have their subpoenas enforced, then if Trump ignored the court he wouldn't have a leg to stand on.

Is there a better way to say, don't believe anything we say?

I have went back or forth over this, pending this sham does make it to the Senate. At first I agreed with Graham when they considered not calling any witnesses, I guess it was his way of not legitimization this sham any further. I am now thinking they should make this thing a yuuuuuge spectacle, call everyone: Joe, Hunter, pencil neck schiff, Eric Ciaramella and draw this crap out as long as possible. Expose the radical libs
