Some non-compliance can be expected but even in the Nixon administration, all the main players who were subpoena'ed, did testify - John Dean, Bob Haldeman, John Erhlichman, Alexander Butterfield, John Mitchell.

Why is any noncompliance excepted as expected? That just seems odd to condone it up to a point .

There is nothing that requires you to release them either. And after the way Romney got treated I wouldn’t either. Look no further then the idiots who believe Amazon paid no taxes last year.

And after the way Romney got treated I don’t blame him. I am clearly not a fan of his. But the demand for this is stupid. The IRS didn’t find shady **** and you won’t either. It’s a talking point that plays well. Trump won’t do it bc he saw how Romney got crapped on. Just like the idiots who think amazon didn’t pay any taxes.

The problem we seem to have right now is that rational thinkers who are honest and have some integrity just do not last in the current environment there.

I saw how you claimed you would dismiss Trump as client bc he lies so much. I also noticed how you didn’t respond to my question. Why would you care if he doesn’t lie to you as counsel or in court? You wouldn’t and you know it.

I have not ignored it at all. I have said clearly that ESPECIALLY in the case of Trump you would not let him testify. He is literally incapable of telling the truth, even under oath.

You haven’t been following. You said you would not rep someone who lies like he does. I asked if he doesn’t lie to you or the court then why would you refuse to?

I reject the premise of your question. He would lie to me and under oath, be it in court or Congress.

Face it,the man is a pathological liar. He enjoys it. It fulfills him. He does not care about the consequences.

Trump is not near as disgusting as the GOP at this point. They have been reduced to conspiracy theories as a means of governing. It muddies the waters just enough to give the regular republicans cover. I would say many Republican voters don't even believe the conspiracies that the GOP push but regurgitate them to protect their own fragile ego.
