But I wasn’t talking about Trump’s character and his character doesn’t relate to whether or not the Dems can prove a high crime or misdemeanor. You either have proof Trump committed a high crime or misdemeanor or you don’t and based on that either Trump is removed or he isn’t. It’s that simple. Dems are trying to make it more complicated and bring in other aspects to position swing voters against Trump. While I know they would love to get him out of office now they know they can’t and, knowing that to be true, this isn’t about that at all. This is all about posturing for the 2020 election.

It's real simple then, there is enough evidence to impeach and remove from office but trying to get the GOP to do the right thing seems impossible. There are many things this administration would like to cover up and the complacency of the GOP in their efforts to hide the truth is something that will definitely weigh on the swing voters. Right now the GOP is not after the swing voters. If they were they wouldn't have Jim Jordan pushing conspiracy theories during the impeachment testimonies. Happy Thanksgiving.

Because his dear leader says so Of course he has heard an entire conversation on someone else’s cell phone just as everyone else has. But that puts another nail in Dotard’s coffin. There can be no facts permitted thAt accomplish that

Here’s the real problem though. Trump was well within his right to withhold the aid. This isn’t the first time a President has done something similar. A change at the top of Ukraine warranted further consideration and Trump simply exercised caution given the change. Knowing that the Foreign Assistance Act allows the President to delay or condition aid as he or she sees fit means that the only argument that Dems could possibly make would be that the delay wasn’t warranted but that is all based on opinion and guess who’s opinion trumps all?

We’re the reporters who authored that article at tha Club every time Biden was. Did they hear each and every conversation directly. Or is their testimony ( the Article) hearsay. Isn’t all news hearsay? A reporter stating what a “ source” tells them?

Except Fox No/News of course. They listen to facts and the change it to make sh!t up for you all to swallow

You just get up to post this weak response? I'm not reshaping the conversation. I'm asking you to back up your claims with actual quotes/testimony. How is that reshaping the conversation?

You still got nothing so you post nothing.

Challenge is still there, but with you, there are a lot of things that you find challenging that most people treat as routine, NBD.

Pence's secretary and Colonel Vindman were both on the call and said it was unusual and alarming.

Several had talked to Zelensky about not getting involved in the middle of American politics and he agreed, but still felt he had to go on CNN and say he was investigating the Biden's. (CNN verified there was an interview) When the aid was released, the interview was cancelled (The meeting at the White house never happened) .

We can stick our head in the sand or use our common sense--unless you thought Casey Anthony and OJ were innocent, then I can't help you.

If people died (or even may have) because of a conspiracy theory due to his paranoia that Biden (Obama's VP) was beating him in the polls, then he deserves to be impeached, regardless of party affiliation. We do not want to set that precedence.
