The Impeachment Thread

They weren't in McDonald's when they brought the McRib back. I'm sure it was a nice quiet restaurant.
It doesn’t matter. How many cell phone calls have you heard the entirety of what the person on the other end was saying when you weren’t on the call yourself? And, as I stated, even if Trump generically asked about “the investigations” as Holmes testified that in no way proves Trump was withholding aid to bribe or force Ukraine to open investigations for his personal gain. At best, for the Dems I mean, this comes down to not being able to prove why Trump wanted the Burisma investigation. Trump had until 9/30 to release the money and he delayed it until 9/11.

Here’s the real problem though. Trump was well within his right to withhold the aid. This isn’t the first time a President has done something similar. A change at the top of Ukraine warranted further consideration and Trump simply exercised caution given the change. Knowing that the Foreign Assistance Act allows the President to delay or condition aid as he or she sees fit means that the only argument that Dems could possibly make would be that the delay wasn’t warranted but that is all based on opinion and guess who’s opinion trumps all?

Plenty and I don't have bionic ears. If you have weighed the character of this man and you think he didn't do it then you're a bad judge of character.

Didn’t do what though? Maybe Trump did do this to bring down Biden because he’s afraid of Biden beating him in 2020 but there’s absolutely no way to actually prove that and without being able to prove that was the intent this looks like foreign policy well within the rights of any President.

Does my statement need narrowed down to criminal charges? "It" would be leveraging aid for Biden investigation announcement.

I like how you get stuck on that and completely ignore the rest of what I typed. You know, the part where it kills the chance of any case being made.

Keeps getting better and better

Yet while being paid $50k a month to do nothing for Burisma, he would use credit cards with other person's names to pay for his drinks at the strip club where it was suspected, on at least one occasion, that he was also smoking crack in the VIP room as well? Say it ain't so Joe!
