I'll give it a shot.
It was almost instant for me. It wasn't so much any specific cumulative total(which is outlandish) but rather the frequency and most importantly the type. It quickly became obvious that he was an habitual liar. He even lied when there was no reason.
The moment that removed all doubt was the "inauguration size" clown show. At that very instant, it was obvious what a deranged individual Trump was and would continue to be.
That's the way he chose to start his presidency.
