The Impeachment Thread

I remember reading this, and this is what digital forensics looks like.

What is the official reply to this? It sounds like it had to be a thumb drive as they state that no data speeds were available atp, but I got confused in the article that it could of been EST area.

If I remember correctly, it was his belief that it was a thumb drive but I don’t remember the correlation to the edt time stamp.

Yes. Thumb drive. That’s how the speculation in to Seth rich started. But he was killed for his watch, billfold, and other valuables that was still on his person.

The articles I read at the time indicated it was suspected to be a thumb drive transfer. "Forensicator" calculated the download times via metadata and showed that the upload was in megabyte/seconds. Not bits. Byte.

Some mouthpiece from Fire-eye security gave a theory about how it may have been copied from computer to computer to computer, etc... But that's a real stretch. A REAL stretch.

Again... The thumb drive theory is more than likely why all the intel agencies except the FBI soft-peddled away from hacking after that bit of trivia was released for public consumprion.

And with Seth Rich being murdered, conspiracy theories abound. Same situation with Epstein.

I'm sure all of these theories are just news to the 17 US intelligence agencies and their top staff technical people who have concluded it was Russia. All this time Trump was right and it was a fat guy on a Tandy in his Mom's basement.

And yet he’s still president despite all that evidence. The Dems suck at this worse than I thought.

According to the linked article, it was not 17. It was 3 people appointed by guess who....Clapper.

"James Clapper, the former director of national intelligence, admitted in May that “hand-picked” analysts from three agencies (not the 17 previously reported) drafted the ICA."

So Clapper is apparently on record that it was 3 people he hand picked. How convenient.

In my opinion, the theories abound because Nadler flat out told us via CNN that the intel agencies would try to take Trump down since he got out of line.

Combine that with the FBI texts, defrauding evidence to frame someone... The fact that, at the nation-state APT level of cybersecurity, it's pretty much impossible to finger "who" committed a hack, and yet the agencies came out with that kind of certainty that soon? That's a red flag to anyone who knows how things really work.

Stack that on top of the three letter agencies back to the 50s with black ops against citizens--like MK-Ultra, Monarch, etc...

Who'd be gullible enough to think they're the good guys? This isn't about defending Russia. It's about wanting our own Gov't to be the good guys again.

Did Nadler say that as well, or did you mean Schumer?

Ding, ding, ding...

The only tool is the President who made that phone call to Zelinsky which set off alarms for many interviewed in the impeachment hearing, including a lady who worked in Pence's office. Sondland, who gave a gajllion dollars to the President said there was a quid pro quo..

Most of these people testifying worked under Bush/Obama and even some longer than that, but we are to believe because they did their public duty and didn't ignore a subpoena they lean Democrat and are bias?

2+2=4 is that the money was released just after Congress became aware of the whistleblower complaint and the fact that Mulvaney said in a press conference that it was being held for investigations. (even though they had already investigated for corruption in that country and had gotten the Bi-partisan go ahead to release it to Ukraine) Zelinsky was warned by several not to get mixed up in American politics but must have felt he had no choice, since he planned to announce on CNN that he was investigating the Bidens to satisfy Trump. Once the money was released, he cancelled the interview.

You can have a benefit of the doubt, but there is more than enough evidence here to raise red flags and not start throwing a serviceman who has no criminal record under a bus because FOX news needed some smoke and mirrors.
I think you mean Zelensky was extorted when he was warned not to mess with US politics.

Devin Nunes’ cow
PhilArballo2020 is running against Devin, and it’s extra important for us to pitch in to his campaign now we know Devin co-moo-ted treason by soliciting political dirt from Ukraine!
