If he loses he will leave peacefully, so your question is moot.

But I'll travel to fantasy land with you for a minute. If he loses and refuses to leave he needs to be forcefully removed.

Hog will definitely support his removal. Volfanjustin and some others will call him a patriot.

Not happening. He may claim he was cheated and puff his chest but he will leave. Claim the deep state took him out. Start a dangerous news network, that does nothing but promote bs news stories, and make a **** load off it.

I could see that happening. Although I don't understand what a "dangerous news network" is.

But will Trump comply?

Actually, it's pretty easy to play games here. They'll just over redact and let the news org challenge the redactions.
Agreed. One thing is for sure, the Trump Administration has made the job of oversight much tougher going forward. He has set some horrible precedents that future administrations will try to follow.

I agree with you but he wouldn't show up for the inauguration of his successor (whoever that may be) if he loses.

If a candidate's lawyers could make any one state's outcome questionable, and this left no candidate with 270 EVs, it might be constitutionally most fitting to send it to the House where Trump should have an advantage.

However, the Bush v. Gore decision created a few traps which would likely make it impossible to engage in a process to over-rule any state certification without revisiting the correct-ness of that precedent in the Supreme Court. Obviously, this would be quite outrageous, but since Trump has no competent legal representation it is highly unlikely from his side.

Therefore, you would need a faithless elector overturn, which would in turn also need a Supreme Court review and would be unlikely to hold up. Though, it is possible.

If any of that happened, I'd expect all partisans to seek out talking points and parrot them just like they do now.
