There should be a popup when hovering over usernames that lists their old ones for people that change. Keeps the shame real. Changing user names should be like changing dirty underware; you can put on clean ones, but you still stink.

Usually their prose / style / approach gives it away.

Some quick examples:

Anything involving telling an 18-year old kid that you love him = Recruiting Guru

Anything involving cystic acne of the thighs = Italian Casual Dining Delivery Agent

Righteous indignation over something trivial or nonsensical = Gator Troll Who Quits Things

Telling others that all wealth should be distibuted equally amongst all of humanity, but then to ironically exclude your bride = Someone Who Gave Said Bride a Passport Application as an Engagement Present

Anything about a cocaine-addict turned life coach = King of Copy and Paste

Anyone failing to detect the irony of calling someone an idiot in the course of admonishing everyone else to be more civil = **insert best guess here**
