No, I don't work there, but if it's where I am thinking, I have several friends who do.
Any hiring manager will tell you - you can teach basic skills. You cannot, however, teach someone to be a people person. I'd rather hire someone I can train.
That's awesome...yea I am such a people person, I thrive in public settings, and I make friends everywhere I go....everybody always gets on to me for striking up conversations with strangers, but its just my personality. The only downfall is I have no experience in a call center/collections enviroment. But I did get a second interview so I'm hoping that's a good sign!
Yea, covered alotta describe how u handled a situation where u had to deal with an angry customer, where u had to assert urself in a situation and what was the outcome and stuff of tht nature
I can't go into everything on here (that's why I told you to do it on the hoo) but just make sure you work in something about attendance, like if you've ever won a perfect attendance award etc. They're really big on that.
Anyway, I'm not going to beat you over the head with it, if you want to know more just ask. I may even be able to help you specifically with that place, have no idea where you're trying.
